INTRO:
My name is Jamie. I'm a 30 something, married to my best friend (sappy I know), with 3 crazy kids who make my life have purpose. My hubby, who after 4 years of a well paid engineering job, decided to go to medical school, is now in his 1 year of a vascular surgery residency at the University of Iowa. Much of our lives revolve around crazy schedules, a lot stress and little sleep, but we know that we are right where God wants us to be. "If you're on the right path, it will always be uphill" (H.B. Eyring) I guess we like the uphill.
My children, whom I will refer to on here as "L", "H", and "A", are 7, 4, and 1 and I couldn't be more blessed to have these special people in my life. We are in our first year of homeschooling, which I will certainly discuss on here.
As for me I am swimming through life, learning much about myself as I go along. I am currently working 3 part-time jobs to keep us afloat on our measly resident income along with all my motherly and wifely (yes I used that as a word), duties.
Life is CRAZY but I'm finding the Joy as I go along, even when the reality of things SUCK.
